SPENCER, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cycle Country Accessories Corporation (AMEX:ATC), announced today that it has filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission with regard to its 10Q report for the third quarter of 2009. This allows the company an additional 5 calendar days to file the 10Q, which is otherwise due August 14, 2009.
As previously announced, the company has recently engaged a new full-service audit firm, as well as a new full-service legal firm. (Please see SEC form 8-K dated May 27, 2009).
The transition and organization of all of the necessary preparatory files from the previous professional service firms in both audit and legal services, as well as reconciliation of previous management records, has impacted the timeliness of the reporting by a few days.
The company expects to file the 10Q on or before Wednesday, August 19, 2009, in full compliance with the rules of the SEC. Filing this Form 12b-25 is not expected to create any penalty, punishment or adverse action by any of the company’s regulators or lenders.
