SPENCER, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cycle Country Accessories Corporation (AMEX:ATC), announced today that it has set the date, time, and place of its 2009 Annual Meeting which had previously been postponed in an announcement dated July 8th, 2009.
The Annual Shareholders’ meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. Central Time at the Clay County Regional Event Center, 800 West 18th Street, Spencer, IA 51301.
