Return Material Policy (RMA) |

This is the return policy for Cycle Country products.
This policy covers all products from Cycle Country. All products must be approved by Cycle Country before any RMA’s will be issued. Product returned without the approved RMA will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. Deductions taken on payments before an approved RMA is issued will not be honored and the unpaid balance will be pursued to the fullest extent.
This policy is for warranty items and any products being returned to Cycle Country. Cycle Country reserves the right to review the condition of the item(s) to determine if it is or is not warranty. Cycle Country also reserves the right to determine what products can be returned for re-stock.
Please review the policy below to ensure your returns will be processed correctly.
- Send all RMA request to Cycle Country – post attention “Warranty Department”. (Please

- All products that are a non-warranty item will have a 20% re-stock fee on each item.
- Re-stock fee may be waived under special circumstances but only at the discretion of Cycle Country and must be pre-approved by warranty department.
- Returnee will pay for freight on all non-warranty returns.
- Cycle Country will pay for freight on warranty items only.
- A RMA “call tag” will be issued to returnee with instructions, once we review the request.
- Please follow instructions on tag to expedite the return.
- Cycle Country will send a confirmation when we have received in the RMA.
- Cycle Country will issue credit after the product has been inspected.
- Damaged products that are non-warranty will be rejected.
- Credits will be issued only on Cycle Country products.
